The construction work for the project titled "Hatay Province 10th Phase Rural 695 Earthquake Residences + 155 Barns Construction" will be carried out by a partnership between ADFA Taahhüt İnşaat Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Mimaray İnşaat Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., and Egemen İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş.

The project covers the neighborhoods of Alakent, Karbeyaz, Sofular-1, Sofular-2, and Ziyaret in the Altınözü district. In Sofular-1 Neighborhood, there are 8 residences and 12 reserved residences. Sofular-2 Neighborhood has requested 23 residences. In Alakent Neighborhood, the requested number of residences is 10, with 59 reserved residences.
